"Orange Crush" Summertime Group Art Exhibition

Location: Parlor Gallery

Description: Asbury Park and New Orleans Galleries join forces to present the long anticipated art Invasion, “Orange Crush” at Parlor Gallery on July 13th, 2019

This special exhibition celebrates the shared vision of Asbury’s celebrated gallery, Parlor Gallery and one of New Orleans most sought after art destinations, Gallery Orange

Parlor Gallery and Gallery Orange share a common vision and are both women-owned and directed galleries. Upon realizing they also shared a “slow season” due to their geographical
locations, the concept of a seasonal art swap was born. Tracy Gielbert, the owner and curator of Gallery Orange, chose some of her most collected artists to make their debut in the Northeast with complementary artists selected by Parlor Gallery to present a stunning exhibition that is sure to be innovative and exciting. They are coming together for their first foray into what they hope will be many more collaborations in the future….

Opening Night Reception: Saturday, July 13th, 2019
Time: 7-11 pm

*Open to the Public
**If you would like to receive a preview of the works, email us at

Picasso at the Lapin Agile

Location: Henderson Theater, 850 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ

Description: Pegasus Theatre NJ is proud to present Steve Martin’s Picasso at the Lapin Agile at the Henderson Theater at Christian Brothers Academy.

Martin’s 1993 comedy, updated in 2017, portrays a fictional meeting between the greatest scientific and artistic minds of the twentieth century. Unbeknownst to them, a 25-year-old Albert Einstein is about to publish his groundbreaking theory of relativity, and a 23-year-old Pablo Picasso is about to create his groundbreaking painting Les Demoiselles d’Avignon. At the Lapin Agile, a bohemian watering hole in 1904 Paris, Einstein and Picasso’s discussions of art, science, and philosophy are as comical as they are thought-provoking.

Performances will take place on Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13 at 7pm and Sunday, July 14 at 2pm. The Henderson Theater is located on the Christian Brothers Academy campus (850 Newman Springs Road in Lincroft, NJ). Tickets are $15 and can be reserved by calling 732-907-PEGA (7342) or emailing
