SUMMARY:Special People United to Ride (SPUR) Announces  Third Virtual Run Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Looking for an easy way to get some exercise and support a great program? \nBuilding on the success of previous years’ events\, Special People United to Ride (SPUR) will hold its Third Annual Virtual Two-Mile Run during the week of October 1-8\, 2022. The event is sponsored by McLoone’s Restaurants and C&C Air\, Heat & Plumbing. \nParticipants can walk\, trot or gallop – on foot or horseback – for two miles\, anywhere and anytime that week\, to raise funds to benefit the SPUR therapeutic riding program for individuals with disabilities\nAll registered participants will receive a long-sleeved T-shirt and have a chance to win a McLoone’s Restaurant gift card in a random drawing. Registrants can also set up their own fundraising web pages to encourage friends who don’t want to walk or run to support their efforts.
