SUMMARY:Popcorn Falls
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Popcorn Falls\, a small American town whose only claim to fame – their namesake waterfall – has dried up. Now bankrupt\, their last chance to save themselves is a large grant that can only be used if the town produces a play in a week. One big problem: no theatre. Another problem: no play. Led by the Mayor and the local handyman\, the enterprising townsfolk try to rise to the challenge and prove that art can save the world.

SUMMARY:Sound Healing at Yoga with Love
DESCRIPTION:Crystal Bowl Sound Healing  \nFriday\, February 17th\, 2023 – 6:30p \n“To Heal is to make Sound.”  \nSound Healing dates as far back as Ancient Egypt and its benefits range from deep relaxation to cellular repair.  The harmonic sounds and vibrations stimulate the beta\, alpha\, theta\, delta\, and gamma brain waves\, inducing a deep\, peaceful state or meditation. Sound Healing is the use of sounds and these vibrations which can be a combination of various instruments; crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, Tibetan singing bowls\, tuning forks and the power of your own voice.  \nSome of the benefits of this workshop; include a reduction of stress and anxiety\, strengthening of the immune system\, improved sleep\, a calmer and more peaceful state of being\, tension release\, clearing blocked energy and rebalancing our energy centers creates \nWHAT TO EXPECT.. \nOur class will begin with breath and body awareness to help center and ground the body. Toning of the 7 sacred chakra vowels will be introduced along with the matching vibrational sounds of the quartz crystal bowls to help align\, open and balance each of our 7 chakra energy centers.  We will then take ourselves down into a reclined meditative position for deeper self-reflection and a continued bath of healing sounds from our quartz crystal singing bowls.
