DESCRIPTION:CentraState Healthcare Foundation is delighted to announce their 64th Annual Celebration Ball taking place on Friday\, February 6\, 2026\, at South Gate Manor in Freehold\, NJ. Proceeds from this event will benefit programs and services offered at CentraState Medical Center.\nThey will be honoring Eugene W. Landy as Distinguished Ambassador. He is a pioneering leader in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) industry\, serving as founder and Chairman of UMH Properties\, Inc.\, and founder and former Chairman of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation. A graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and Yale Law School\, Mr. Landy has been widely recognized for his visionary leadership\, contributions to affordable housing\, and decades of service\, helping grow UMH into one of the nation’s largest manufactured home community owners while improving the lives of residents\, employees\, and communities. \nThis highly anticipated event’s theme is Under the Sea and will feature a reception\, dinner\, dancing\, auctions\, entertainment and more.
