A Streetcar Named Desire

A site specific production of Tennessee William’s masterpiece, A Streetcar Named Desire, in the Asbury Park Carousel House Sunday August 17th-Tuesday August 19th at 7:30PM each night. Presented in association with the Asbury Book Coop, this is a Streetcar… like you’ve never seen it before, and never will again. With just four actors, no set, no props, this production as been an underground hit in New York for years, and has toured from LA to Aspen, from New Haven to San Francisco. It strips bare the greatest piece of American drama to something raw, intimate and entirely new.
