The City of Asbury Park and Over the Moon Art Studios present First Friday Celebration!
Join us on the first Friday of every month from 5-9 PM for a vibrant pop-up art and music show at the PRESS PLAZA! Celebrate local talent with an exciting lineup of visual artists, musicians, and art/craft vendors showcasing their work in a lively community atmosphere.
Admission is Free and open to the public
Come by, get creative, and make something you’re proud of. We’ll have materials read.
This monthly event is brought to you by The City of Asbury Park and Over the Moon Art Studios, creating a platform for emerging and established artists to connect with the community. Whether you’re an artist, musician, or maker, we encourage you to apply and be part of this creative celebration!

Charley Crockett on the Stone Pony Summer Stage
Charley Crockett, in partnership with PLUS1, will contribute $1.00 from every ticket sold to Last Prisoner Project, a 501(c)(3) organization, to support efforts to free individuals incarcerated for cannabis-related offenses and repair the harms of the war on cannabis. Founded in 2019, Last Prisoner Project works nationwide to advance cannabis justice and advocate for policies that repair the harms of cannabis prohibition. Charley Crockett is proud to support this work and help raise awareness in communities across the country. For more information, visit LastPrisonerProject.org. From Joan Jett to Liz Phair, to Taylor Swift, she has a strong admiration for women who know who they are and what they want to say. She is inspired by all things gothic, and cannot wait to debut her second album, Fantastic Funeral, at the Wonder Bar.
