Led by Jacinda, a highly trained yoga teacher with over 555 hours of certification and Level 1 Yoga Therapy credentials, this class is accessible to all levels, with modifications offered throughout. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, this is a space to show up exactly as you are.
