Nashbury: an Asbury Park Writers Round

Nashbury is a monthly invitational songwriters showcase in the style of Nashville writers rounds. Three to five songwriters are invited to perform each month in a round-robin format. Songwriters are encouraged to collaborate, discuss their creative process, and share stories behind their works in an effort to not only showcase their work, but also build a robust and supportive songwriting community in Asbury Park and Monmouth County.

Please note, Nashbury is not an open-mic, and songwriters are scheduled by invitation. If you would like to perform at Nashbury, please submit the information below via email to jordan@asburybookcoop.org, and Asbury Book Cooperative will make best efforts to get you on the schedule. There are no genre limitations or experience requirements. If you write songs, you are welcome. We can’t wait to hear your stuff!
