Sound Healing dates as far back as Ancient Egypt and its benefits range from deep relaxation to cellular repair. The harmonic sounds and vibrations stimulate the beta, alpha, theta, delta, and gamma brain waves, inducing a deep, peaceful state or meditation. Sound Healing is the use of sounds and these vibrations which can be a combination of various instruments; crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and the power of your own voice.
Some of the benefits of this workshop; include a reduction of stress and anxiety, strengthening of the immune system, improved sleep, a calmer and more peaceful state of being, tension release, clearing blocked energy and re-balancing our energy centers creates

WHAT TO EXPECT…
Our class will begin with breath and body awareness to help center and ground the body. Toning of the 7 sacred chakra vowels will be introduced along with the matching vibrational sounds of the quartz crystal bowls to help align, open and balance each of our 7 chakra energy centers. We will then take ourselves down into a reclined meditative position for deeper self-reflection and a continued bath of healing sounds from our quartz crystal singing bowls.
