Conceived as a rock opera, Tommy was groundbreaking in its bold concept and considered to be one of the most influential albums in rock history. Released in 1969—the year of Woodstock—The Who’s Tommy album consists of songs mainly composed by lead guitarist Pete Townshend. This live-concert presentation of the full album features Remember Jones and his full 12-piece band and includes the iconic chart-topping singles “Pinball Wizard,” “We’re Not Gonna Take It,” “See Me, Feel Me,” “I’m Free,” “The Acid Queen,” and “Go to the Mirror.” This concert is not the musical based on songs from the Tommy album.
