Yoga-For-The-Face is a workshop designed to teach you a proactive face yoga routine to enhance healthy aging for your face.
By educating a simple morning and night cleansing routine, this workshop will provide you will helpful techniques to keep your skin youthful and rejuvenated (this includes reducing puffiness, fine lines and wrinkles).
Come to the studio with a cleansed face or we will have facial cleaning cloths for your use. Included in the workshop are the tools needed to participate. The practice will be followed by a Guided Meditation and Savasana.
Presented by Shannon Cooper, the cost includes the tools used which include a jade roller, Gua Sha, and Avon moisturizers and eye-cream.
