CVR is a non-profit organization (501(c)(3)) dedicated to promoting social independence, quality of life, and maximum vocational potential for all persons with special needs. Based in Monmouth County, NJ, we guide people with disabilities toward fuller lives, serving individuals in Ocean County, Mercer County, and Middlesex County as well. Our programs and services are funded through various sources, including the New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, United Way, Medicaid, Monmouth County Board of Social Services, Monmouth Park Charity Ball Committee, and the Ann Earle Talcott Foundation, along with commercial contracts, corporate and private donations, and sponsorships.CVR’s Behavioral Health, Partial Care, Supported Employment, and Production Center programs work together to ensure the population we serve receives proper guidance and direction to achieve success. Servicing Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex and Mercer Counties, our organization collaborates with many area support agencies, which is the key to success for our special needs community.
