The Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce will add four new Trustees to their Board in 2025. At the November Board meeting, the current Board voted unanimously to welcome to their ranks: Kimmee Masi owner of Confections of a Rockstar, Mary Christine McGillion owner of Johnny Mac’s House of Spirits, Christina Smith from The Center in Asbury Park, and Madeline Vricella owner of Juice Basin.
“I am really pleased with the decision to add Kimmee, Mary, Christina, and Madeline to our Board,” said Matthew Whelan, Executive Director of the Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce. “All four women already go above and beyond to help promote our organization. I cannot wait to work with them as Trustees.”
The Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees is the governing body that oversees the Chamber and sets policy and procedure for the organization. The board meets six times a year. Trustees can be seen throughout the year helping at the monthly networking events and the Chamber’s larger events such as the Restaurant Tour and AsburyFest.
Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce Trustees serve on a volunteer basis and are elected to 3-year terms. Through the Board’s tireless dedication to Asbury Park the Chamber’s membership and event attendance continue to grow every year.
